How long does verification take?
Our team checks each new organisation by hand. Your jobs go live once your organisation is verified, and you can prepare adverts while you wait.
Can I receive applications at our own email?
Yes. Choose to receive applications on Skills Factory, at your HR email address, or on your own careers website.
Are applications written by a computer?
Members build their own profiles and approve how we apply for them. We tailor the CV and letter to your advert using only the member's own facts: no invented employers, dates or grades.
Will I be flooded with applications?
No. Every member has a daily application limit, we never send the same person twice for one job, and closed jobs stop receiving applications.
