ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR A construction company based in Harare urgently seeks experienced Aluminium Fabricators who are available to start work immediately. Job Title: Aluminium Fabricator Location: Harare, Zimbabwe Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:  Fabricating and assembling aluminium products according to project specifications.  Meeting monthly individual production targets.  Ensuring the efficient and timely use of materials (aluminium) to minimise wastage.  Accurately measuring and cutting aluminium profiles.  Assembling shopfronts, frames and units using aluminium and glass.  Leading the process of setting out, cutting and fixing aluminium framework to support ceilings.  Producing and installing aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts and shower cubicles.  Glazing and polishing glass.  Performing any other duties assigned by superiors. Skills Required  Strong interpersonal skills.  Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Experience  A relevant qualification in aluminium fabrication or a related field.  A minimum of five (5) years' experience in the aluminium or construction industry.  A clean Class 4 driver's licence.
