The successful candidate will be expected to teach Bioinformatics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervise student projects and to provide Bioinformatics support to other academics in the department.

Requirements
- Applicants must possess a BSc Honours degree in Applied Biology and Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences or any other relevant field, and an MSc/ MPhil degree in Bioinformatics or Computational Biology. Possession of university-level teaching experience and/ or a PhD (completed or ongoing) in Bioinformatics is an added advantage.
