We are looking for a commercially bold, operationally grounded leader to shape the next chapter of our Pasta Business Unit. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, with strategic oversight from the National Foods Board, you will own business performance, lead its people and turn opportunity into profitable, sustainable growth. THE OPPORTUNITY A meaningful leadership mandate across manufacturing, commercial performance and the consumer brands people choose. WHAT YOU WILL LEAD Set and execute the Pasta Business Unit growth strategy, with clear commercial priorities and disciplined delivery. Deliver profitability, market share, return on capital, cash generation and working capital performance. Improve manufacturing productivity, procurement, quality, operational efficiency and cost competitiveness. Accelerate innovation, brand growth and consumer relevance, including the Primo pasta offering. Shape pricing, sales, distribution and route-to-market plans. Build capable teams, champion safety, sustainability, risk and govemance, and collaborate across National Foods business units. WHAT YOU BRING A degree in Business, Finance, Food Technology, Milling Technology, Marketing, Sales or a related field. 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, including 4-6 years at senior management level. A record of delivering business growth, manufacturing performance and strong financial outcomes. Strategic clarity, commercial judgement and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
